How we vet local technicians

Every technician in the ApplianceAce referral network is independently licensed (where required by state), insured for general liability and workers' compensation, and has been screened for active complaints, business standing, and customer review history. Pros who drop below the customer-feedback threshold get filtered out of the network — ongoing quality control is a continuous process, not a one-time check.

How pricing works

ApplianceAce does not set pricing. The independent local technician provides a written repair quote directly to you before any work begins. You review it, you authorize or decline, and you pay the pro directly only after the work is complete. ApplianceAce earns a referral fee from the pro — homeowners never pay us anything.
